La casa se encuentra dentro de un fraccionamiento exclusivo y privado con circuito cerrado y seguridad las 24hrs completamente equipada y amueblada, con espacios amplios, iluminados, agradables, elegantes y confortables.
La casa cuenta con 4 suites y cada una con baño completo y privado, todos los servicios se ofrecen pensando siempre en su comodidad y tranquilidad.
Me encuentro disponible y a sus órdenes las 24 hrs quiero que su estancia sea lo más cómoda y placentera posible y con todo lo necesario.
Contará con una excelente ubicación; muy céntrica, a tan solo 10 minutos del mar y la zona hotelera, 12 minutos del aeropuerto y entre las principales avenidas de Cancún. También pueden salir a disfrutar del parque con áreas verdes y juegos infantiles o jugar en la cancha de básquetbol. A su disposición hay balón de fút bol, balón de básquetbol, juegos de mesa y libros para todas las edades.
Saliendo de la privada a pocos metros de distancia, se encuentra un mini super, lavandería, restaurantes y varios servicios entre ellos también la estación transporte público.
Como servicio extra y con costo adicional si usted lo desea; podemos preparar para usted, cazuelas con guisos mexicanos como chicharrón en chile verde, pozole, cochinita pibil, rajas con crema, arroz a la mexicana, pollo con mole, chuletas en adobo, o los platillos de temporada.
